PERSONALIZATION AND MONOGRAMMING
Monogram request is custom stitch embroidery which is included in the cost of the item (only if noted in description). Enter all of your instructions in field indicated "Personalize Instructions". Not sure of recipient size, best to order without.

Pre orders are a supply of limited stock with a delivery date. You can cancel your pre order at any time and get a full refund. Just notify us that you no longer care to wait. You will be refunded immediately. Pre orders offer free shipping and 14 day return policy upon receipt.


RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY
As of December 1, 2022, normal return policy for refunds and exchanges are 7 days upon delivery to you for refund or exchange. Shipping charges, personalized request is non-refundable/not returnable.
