PACKAGE TRACKING

PERSONALIZATION AND MONOGRAMMING
Monogram request is custom stitch embroidery which is included in the cost of the item (only if noted in description). Enter all of your instructions in field indicated "Personalize Instructions". Not sure of recipient size, best to order without.

RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY
As of June 1, 2025, normal return policy for refunds and exchanges are 7 days upon delivery to you for refund or exchange. Holiday shoppers can return until January 1, 2025. Shipping charges and personalized request are non-refundable/not returnable. No restock fee for items return in new original condition.
